Suyunomo is a place where people gather to study philosophy, art, science and do other variety of activities.
Among the activities, we have a yoga class led by Lee jin-kyoung for more than 10 years.
This is not actually a class or lesson but more like a circle or group activity.
The tutor organizes and leads yoga session with words in every movement but doesn't provide 1 to 1 lesson. He can answer some questions but he's also one of a participants of this session. The participants see how others do and follow them.

The Yoga session last for 2 hours. It's typical hatha yoga and may be a bit harder compared to other yoga classes.
So be prepared but no need to worry because we all are yet far from experts and still learning the basics.

Note! we only provide Korean verval guide while in yoga session.
If you agree with me that language is not a problem in doing yoga, you can always join us.
we already know universal common language ,a body language, and because yoga is all about body movement, language can't be a problem.
(of course with the exception of a little bit about breathing and mind focusing, which you can read and learn from the web or book:Light on Yoga)
Some participants MAY speak and understand basic english or japanese, but no guarantee.

If you have experience in yoga, you can just come.
If you don't have expeirnece in yoga, and you're fine with a bit slow-paced learning, you can come.
If you're interested in yoga but don't want to go places like institutes. this is the place for you.
or If you just want to do yoga anyway, we warmly welcome you.

It's the same building with GS25 and a hospital but not accessable from the main road. you should find the parking lot at the back of the building (go up the road you see on the right) and the entrance is there.
